So, I am loving the sitting still for 15 mins a day, I find myself more focused and better able to control my thoughts, even find myself smiling for no reason. I was a little frustrated with my DMP revision what seemed very clear when I first wrote it now seems very muddied. My wonderful guide Leanne said not to worry it will come very clear in time. Thanks Leanne I can relax now. Think I’ll go be still for 15 mins and just breathe.
