MKMMA Week 3 – Fear Must Be crushed

Another fantastic week in the Master Key Master Mind Alliance.

For me , one of the most enlightening things that I learned was about the Solar Plexis, a central point of for  distribution for the energy that the body is constantly generating.

A person who is said to have a “magnetic” personality, it is because the radiation of this energy from the solar plexis is sufficiently strong.

My sitting sessions are going well, now it’s time to work on totally relaxing the muscles and the nerves, also work on breathing exercises to further relax the body and help with concentration.

There’s this common, well-known truth that “what you focus on expands.” It’s simple math. The more you focus on the things you want, the more of those things you manifest in your life. The reverse is also true. The more you focus on the things you don’t want, the more of those things you manifest in your life.

The problem is that 9 out of 10 people live within a “Matrix of Fear” where they’re
programmed to be afraid of everything, including success, failure, health problems, money
problems, relationships — and the list is endless.

In addition to what’s going on in their personal lives, most people add to their personal fears by getting caught up in global dramas as well.

Unfortunately most people give up their power to create their lives the way they want.
Instead, they are *unconsciously* creating their lives exactly opposite of the way they want
them. They manifest their fears through their intense feelings of worry and fear about things that
*may* happen! So of course, they live a self-fulfilling prophecy and they “DO” happen!
Everything – everything – starts with a thought.

It works that way with any thoughts you have, because thoughts are creative – especially
when you energize them through strong feelings and emotion.

That’s how you “get”  what you focus on. This is important to understand because you can
never be successful if you focus on what you don’t want or fear will happen.

MKMMA Week 2 Progress

Week 1 was a bit of a train wreck as I was at doctors offices every day of the week, twice a day, Monday-Friday. But I’m feeling much better about my progress so far. The schedule is starting to work itself out and I’m starting to get into a rhythm with my readings, study and so forth. As my treatment schedule becomes more fine tuned, that will also help.

This week’s webinar was about the forming of habits and of course, more on the subconscious mind. The subby is brilliant but also dumb as a brick. That was a surprising bit of info.

I have to admit that the index cards and their function are a bit of a mystery to me at the moment. But I am taking the teachings on faith that it is serving a purpose. I am certain things will become clearer as the days go by, when I see blue and think rectangles, or when I see rectangles and thing blue, and then linking it to what is written on my index cards.

4 billion workers are now working on my behalf, looking for the methods to bring into my life True Health and Legacy, which are my Personal Pivotal Needs. Not knowing what we want is the biggest reason that we have problems.

Sitting motionless for 15 minutes actually went really well for me. This weeks work is to stop the train of thoughts that run through our minds.

So, now it’s time to give my 4 billion workers the directions they need to manifest that which I desire, or my Personal Pivotal Needs, which are True Health and Legacy.. Learning the ‘how’ and ‘why’ of the subby is obviously of paramount importance in this journey that I am embarking on.

It is really quite tragic that most people live life backwards, and that our subconscious mind is trained to look for methods first, and then we see if the methods are available. Which of course, are not available. What a sad way to live. I am looking forward to chipping of the cement, and getting down to the nitty gritty, the gold.

Just like soil, the subconscious mind will accept what we plant in it. Whether it be poisonous or virtuous, good or evil, it will accept it as fact and act on it. Obviously, we must keep a guard up, to make sure what goes into our mind is good, not evil, virtuous, not poisonous.

I was in the timeshare business for 20+ years. The timeshare business is, without a doubt the most intense ‘sales’ job out there. And there is constant training. As in everyday, in the morning meeting. And when you’re not with clients, you’re training. I have sat through, and given, thousands upon thousands of hours of sales and motivation training. And Mark J is right when he says that most trainers are just adding more cement on top of more cement, rather than getting to the root of the root of the situation.

I once hired a gentleman who had been in sales for 40 years, was retired and thought that selling timeshare would be fun (which it is). Anyway, after about 2 weeks, he tells me that he had learned more about sales from my training than he had in 40 years of being in sales. Pretty cool. I bring this up because I have been called a good teacher.

Having sat through all those hours of training, I can tell you without a doubt, bar none, that Mark J is THE BEST teacher I have ever come across. Even better than me. :) And I’m not ashamed to admit.

Peace be the journey.

Therapy for Mind, Body and Spirit

I’ve been waiting for the MKMMA to start for some time The original thought was to use the course to elevate my business and personal life to the next level. Recently however, there have been developments with my health that require attention. I thought long and hard about whether to write about this in this forum, as most taking this course are doing so to take their lives to the next level, but decided to write about it because ther may be others out there is going through the same thing.

Most people know and accept that the mind is a powerful force, indeed the most powerful that we possess as human beings. Now, my first goal with MKMMA is learn how to use this power as part of my treatment for the cancer I was recently diagnosed with. Having said that, I am not foolish enough to eschew traditional treatment options, but rather use my mind, among other options, to beat cancer.

I think that I am over the anger part of the news. Since being diagnosed, the Story of the Roman Centurion who asked Jesus to heal his servant has been in my mind:

Luke 7:1-10

When Jesus had entered Capernaum, a centurion came to him, asking for help. “Lord,” he said, “my servant lies at home paralyzed, suffering terribly.” Jesus said to him, “Shall I come and heal him?” The centurion replied, “Lord, I do not deserve to have you come under my roof. But just say the word. For I myself am a man under authority, with soldiers under me. I tell this one, ‘Go,’ and he goes; and that one, ‘Come,’ and he comes. I say to my servant, ‘Do this,’ and he does it.” When Jesus heard this, he was amazed and said to those following him, “Truly I tell you, I have not found anyone in Israel with such great faith. I say to you that many will come from the east and the west, and will take their places at the feast with Abraham, Isaac and Jacob in the kingdom of heaven. But the subjects of the kingdom will be thrown outside, into the darkness, where there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.” Then Jesus said to the centurion, “Go! Let it be done just as you believed it would.” And his servant was healed at that very hour.

What’s the point? The point is that Jesus, through faith, or mind, healed the servant from where he stood. When performing miracles, Jesus did not doubt because he KNEW what he asked for would be granted. He did not second guess what he was asking for. He KNEW.

Was it faith or mind? Or both? Or are faith and mind one and the same.

I any event I am sincerely trying to view my situation as another adventure in the book of my life. And what I an learning about the mind in MKMMA will most certainly play a part in my recovery.

My plan is to use all the tools at my disposal.

Mind, Body and Spirit.

So, let the journey of all journeys commence.
